I am 65, married for 47 years, and have two grown-up children. My personal counselling journey brought tremendous self-awareness and understanding, which led me to the path I now travel.
After qualifying as a Counsellor & Psychotherapist in 2011 at the University of Stirling, I became a Counselling Supervisor in 2013. My lived experiences and professional expertise allow me to offer a compassionate and understanding approach to therapy.
I’m not just a therapist—I’m a human being with my own story, which informs my practice and deepens my connection with my clients.
My approach is rooted in person-centred therapy, creating a supportive space where your needs and goals lead the way. I integrate multiple modalities, including CBT, systemic practice, solutions-focused therapy, coaching, ADHD coaching, and children’s specialization, tailoring each session to you.
Together, we explore how your past shapes your present, working collaboratively to let go of limitations and embrace new possibilities. Like the interconnected cogs of a clock, our work brings balance, empowering you to create meaningful change.
Thank you for taking the time to explore my story and approach to therapy. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself or for those close to you, I am here to walk alongside you on your journey toward growth, healing, and understanding. Together, we can discover the paths that lead to a brighter, more fulfilling future. If you feel ready to begin, reach out today — I’m here to listen.
